- Exact details of the trip (dates, additional requests such as extra nights and transfers, etc.)
- Exact details of the person making the booking (address, telephone number, e-mail address)
- Exact details of the travellers (names, dates of birth, height)
Please note the following when entering the dates:
- The arrival date can be entered using the calendar or manually (dd.mm.yyyy).
- Arrival date’ refers to the arrival date for the trip itself, not for any additional nights before the trip.
- The drop-down fields offer various selection options, depending on the trip.
- Depending on the trip, additional nights can be booked before, during or after the tour.
- In the ‘Other requests & notes’ field, you will find a free text field for your personal notes and additions as well as for the following information, for example:
- special hotel, room or catering requests
- Note that you are travelling together with other guests
- Special diet
